2d although not usually my cup of tea i really do appreciate how impressive it is, this reel/short rough animation from a student is really good, the personality and expressions he gets from his characters is so good. His drawings aren't too complicated which allows him to use all the principles of animation to really add that realism to his work, worth a watch.
